1. Warranty Coverage

• The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occur during normal use.

• Examples include:

  • Torn or improperly stitched seams

  • Defective zippers or fasteners

  • Structural issues caused by production errors

• The warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

2. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear due to regular use

• Fading or color changes over time

• Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, or improper storage

• Holes caused by moths or insects

• Damage from incorrect washing or care

• Pilling (small wool balls) – considered a natural occurrence and can be safely removed using a wool razor or shaver
