• Colors and sizing may vary slightly due to natural materials and production methods.
• We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs, but minor variations are to be expected.

• All prices are listed in USD (international) and NOK (Norway).
• Prices do not include international duties, taxes, or customs fees unless otherwise stated.
• Unless another agreement has been reached, such as partial payment for pre-ordering multiple sweaters/larger quantities, Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through the methods provided on our website.

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds are subject to a $49 restocking fee.
• Exchanges are free from restocking fees, but a $29 shipping fee applies for sending the replacement item.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• To initiate a return, contact post@lutekofta.com before shipping the product back.

• If your order arrives damaged, contact post@lutekofta.com immediately with photos of the package.
• Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

• Hand wash in lukewarm water with mild detergent.
• Do not rub, twist, or wring.
• Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry.
• Never hang wool garments for storage.
