Product Information
- Each LUTEKOFTA sweater is made from 100% pure wool.
- Colors and sizing may vary slightly due to natural materials and production methods.
- We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs, but minor variations are to be expected.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in USD (international) and NOK (Norway).
- Prices do not include international duties, taxes, or customs fees unless otherwise stated.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through the methods provided on our website.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds are subject to a $49 restocking fee.
- Exchanges are free from restocking fees, but a $29 shipping fee applies for sending the replacement item.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- To initiate a return, contact hemsoechristin@gmail.com before shipping the product back.
Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged, contact post@lutekofta.com immediately with photos of the package.
- Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
Care Instructions
- Hand wash in lukewarm water with mild detergent.
- Do not rub, twist, or wring.
- Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry.
- Never hang wool garments for storage.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Norway.
Shipping and Delivery
Norway
- Free shipping within Norway via PostNord or Bring.
- Normal delivery time: 2–5 business days.
USA
- Products are shipped with JetCarrier Logistics AS to our distribution partner in Georgia, USA.
- Free shipping within the US to online customers.
- Duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Normal delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
International
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

- All sweaters are covered by Norlender Knitwear’s 3-year warranty for material or production defects.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Improper care, storage, or washing
