For goods that Norcult AS sends to our distributor LGP E-Commerce, Canton, Georgia, USA, via JetCarrier Logistics AS, shipping costs will apply, as well as current customs duties and fees applicable for import into the USA. Normal shipping time is 2-3 days. If you are unable to track your package, we recommend contacting your local post office or reaching out to Norcult AS by sending an email to hemsoechristin@gmail.com or ckh@lutekofta.com.

Customs duties and fees incurred upon import into the USA will either be charged by Norcult AS or by JetCarrier Logistics and will be added directly to the retail price in the USA. International taxes and customs clearance are never included in Norcult's shipping or product fees and must always be paid by the buyer.
